Analysis:

As part of the first arc, it’s alright, a good filler type episode for the series, but as it gets going, it becomes apparent that that’s all it is.. Being as it’s the first in the series, you’d expect there to be something slightly larger, although it is held back by the fact that they are tied in to a current season that is also developing..

Ham and Chris’ cycle gets boring as it’s escape, Visitor attack, escape, Visitor attack, escape..

Another problem with the series as a whole is the fact that little continuity things are ignored.. For example, when it is joked that they should have saved a mouse for Willy, he says that he is trying to cut down.. Willy is a vegetarian.. It’s been a major part of his character.. Now they could say, it was a joke and Willie was just playing along, but again that is not part of Willie’s personality..

The artwork is not spectacular, but it is serviceable..

Overall it’s not a horrible issue, but it’s the middle part of what turns out to be a filler saga..

This issue is not too exciting and was not a great portent for the future..
